Weight Loss Journey - October 04, 2017 vlog#5 - MILITARY DIET

Quick update! We're still chuggin away at our lifestyle change of eating habits, and cutting certain foods.
This week we incorporated the "Military Diet" which actually does include some bread and sugar! Whoohoo! lol
